Pride Month acknowledges the strides we've made and brings awareness to other important issues for the LGBTQ+ community. After all, gay marriage only became legal across all states in America in 2015 and there's been a huge increase in anti-LGBTQ+ bills throughout the country recently.
There is still tons of progress that needs to be made with LGBTQ+ rights in the U.S.-as well as on a global scale.
